What does a scan include?
One check of your connected Gmail account over the date range you select, up to 120 recent days or a selected calendar month. The first connection checks 120 days. All scan findings are included. Viewing existing results never costs a credit. You pay per scan, not per delivery found. Automatic monitoring and alerts aren’t included.
What if a scan fails or finds nothing?
A technical failure won’t use a credit. A completed scan uses one credit even if it finds no issues. Findings don’t confirm a lost parcel or guarantee a refund.
Can I cancel my monthly plan?
Yes. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge. New monthly subscriptions renew at $12.99 for 6 scans each billing month; unused scans don’t roll over. Scan packs are one-time purchases.
